About Lilian George

Lilian George

Lilian George was born in Eastern Europe and later lived in Cuba before settling in the United States. She holds a technical degree, but writing has always been her true dream. She is the author of the historical novel The Cuban Manuscript, which she also translated into Spanish for readers who do not speak English, and of The Diversity Bridesmaid, a book of twelve short stories.

Her writing explores the fragility of freedom, along with themes of class, dignity, resilience, and the quiet struggles of ordinary lives. She is currently working on a novel. When she is not writing, she enjoys reading and long walks with her dog.
